Lemore supplies and exports high quality galvanized steel oval and shaped wire used for fencing wire and music wire (piano wire mainly). Nickel, copper and alloy coated oval wire is also supplied. We also supply spring wire, stitching wire and other wire forms for specific uses.

Oval wire is made from high tensile carbon steel wire by redrawing and galvanizing. Material:45#,55# and 65# high carbon steel.

2.00 x 2.40 mm / 13x15, with a breaking strength of 500Kgf, standard zinc coating and a coil weight of 45 kg;
2.20 x 2.70 mm / 14x16, with a breaking strength of 600 Kgf, standard zinc coating and a single coil weight of 45kg;
2.40 x 3.00 mm / 15 x 17, with a breaking strength of 700Kgf, standard zinc coating and a single coil weight of 45 kg;
2.40 x 3.50 mm, ductile oval wire, with commercial level zinc coating and a coil weight of 25kg;
4.55 x 5.25 mm ductile oval wire, with commercial level zinc coating and a coil weight of 25kg.

Coil weight: 25-800kg
Packing: The oval wire is usually supplied in single-wire coils. Each coil is properly strapped at least in four equidistant points, with customer’s labels or marks.
